  • Payment and Fees: At this time I am only able to accept payments via Paypal. For commissions I charge half of the final price up front, half upon completion, however you also have the option to simply pay the full price up front if you wish (just inform me of this when you order).

Payment Plan: I will accept payments on a commission, however no work will be started until 50% of the final price has been received. If you would like to do a payment plan, please choose which kind of commission you would like and e-mail me with your idea to arrange it.

Timeframe: Please be aware that I am a very busy with a very full plate and a very full schedule. Because of this I can offer NO time frame on commissions. Period. I endeavor to make it that you won't have to wait too long, but sometimes it can take several months to a year for me to get to a commission depending on my schedule. This is not typical, but can happen. Once you have paid the intial half or full payment, it secures your place in my commission queue, which means you WILL get your commission, I just cannot guarantee exactly when (sometimes I can get it done right away). If it is going to take awhile to get to your commission, I will periodically send you an e-mail letting you know where I am at with it. Please have patience with me!

Revisions: I do my best to ensure the happieness of those who commission me so I am willing to do revisions within reason to the piece at any step in the process. That being said, I am a very busy person and won't be able to make too many changes drastic changes to the piece especially as it nears completion. If I feel that a particular change to a piece would be too involved I reserve the right to decline the revision all together or require an additional amount of money to be paid before I will do the revision. To avoid this situation it's important to make sure that your request is expressed clearly. If you can find any reference pictures to help better explain what you want include them in your initial request. If your idea is particularlly complicated or you are confident you conveyed your idea clearly in text include a request for a Scype meeting, what times you're available and what time zone you are in. We can work out your idea face to face so to speak. Getting it right the first time is better than redoing things later.

Cancelations: If for any legitimate reason during the commission process the Artist or Client does not wish to continue with the commission, a refund may be issued. The first 50% of the full commission price is my "kill fee", which I will keep if -any- work (up to 50% of finished) has been done on the commission. If more than half of the commission has been finished, you will receive only 25% of the final price back. During the revisions phase you will have plenty of time to make decisions and changes about your piece, so please be sure that I am getting all of the information on your wants and needs. That said, should the commission be finished and for some reason you don't like it, or do not want it, you will still be charged the final amount.

Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including any and all electronic rights and usage, the right to reproduce, sell, show, display, and use the artwork as I see fit. However, if you would like to retain these rights to the artwork for yourself I would charge you a fee for those rights (on top of the fee for your commission). Please e-mail me to arrange this once you order your commission.
